Q What time is drop of and pick up?

Daytime drop off can be anytime from 7am- 11am. Daytime pick up 5pm onwards.

Overnight drop off anytime from 8am onwards. Pick up next morning from 8am.

Q Do you supply the music?

We supply a speaker you need to make your own playlist to Bluetooth over to the speaker.

Q Do you stay with the tent?

No, we drop off and pick up. 

Q How many people fit in the tent?

Depends what size tent you hire, but ranges from 15 up to 60. Click on tent size for capacity.

Q Do we keep the props?

Although we understand some props will get broken, we ask props stay in the tent, and no, they are not for keeping. This is an add on and we do not take damages for props out of your deposit.

Q Do we need to supply anything?

All you will need to do is send pics and measurements of your garden, have an electrical access point accessible to use, indoor or outdoor, and we will do the rest.

Q How long does it take to set up and take down?

Tents can take anything from 1-2 hours to set up and around 1-1.5 hours to take down.

Q How long does the foam last for a foam party tent?

We supply 2 buckets of foam in our package which will last 1.5-2 hours.

Q What happens if the weather is bad?

If wind gusts go above 25mph-30mph we would unfortunately have to cancel the party for everyone’s safety. But we will give you as much notice as we can.

Q Do I need to be there for setup?

We would need access to the garden and electrical access point. If this is all done, then no, we do not need you to stay.
