Important Booking Requirements – PLEASE READ

All of our tents require access to an electrical power source at the event location.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive an email confirmation, you must send clear photos of the setup area to ravecavekent@hotmail.com. This helps us assess suitability and prepare for safe installation.

It is the customer’s responsibility to measure the area in advance to ensure it meets the space requirements for your chosen tent size.

⚠️ Failure to provide accurate measurements or suitable access may result in cancellation on the day of your event, and the full hire fee will still be payable.
